Date of Visit: September 12, 2025
Location: Snake River Golf, Myrtle Beach, SC
For the over five years we've lived in Myrtle Beach, we've driven past Snake River Golf many times and I thought it looked like an interesting mini golf course. However, it had already been closed down and was very rundown looking. A few weeks ago, we were driving by and I was surprised to notice it looked cleaned up with fresh looking greens. With summer ending and some cooler, less humid weather, I choose it as our next mini golf adventure.
Overall we enjoyed playing a round at Snake River Golf. The courses were nice with the greens still seeming very new (I think, it reopened back in May). There were still some feeling of it being rundown including a deck area that was falling in with falls in several parts that really should have been blocked/roped off for safety. The themeing was also mostly pretty plain, but there were some snakes and caves. Definitely, cannot beat the price, though, as $8 per person for all day play is among the cheapest (if not cheapest) in the area.
